Job summary

NEHALEM VALLEY CARE CENTER in coastal Oregon is seeking compassionate CNAs to be the heart of our care team. Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting).
• Support safe transfers, positioning, and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Deliver individualized physical, psychological, and social support.
• Uphold each resident's dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

YOUR ROLE

As a CNA/Caregiver, you are the most visible and consistent presence in our residents' lives - their trusted, friendly face each day. Your responsibilities will include:
