Job summary

Mont Marie Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Westfield, MA is hiring CNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Earn $17 to $26 per hour with daily pay options, PIB, and shift differential.

CNAs will assist residents with daily living, observe changes, and maintain a safe, respectful environment under licensed staff. Must hold MA CNA license and BLS/CPR, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment promoting dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
