Job summary

Mont Marie Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Holyoke, MA is seeking CNAs to join our compassionate team. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities with daily pay, and a supportive environment focusing on dignity and quality resident care.

As a CNA you will assist with activities of daily living, observe residents, report changes, maintain a safe setting, and collaborate with licensed nursing staff to deliver high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
