Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care for residents across shifts. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor resident health, and coordinate with licensed staff to ensure safety and comfort.

The role emphasizes compassion, patience, and clear communication in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. We offer full-time and part-time positions with competitive shift differentials and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high‑quality, resident-centered care.

$5 PIB

$2 Shift Diff for Weekends

$1.50 Shift Diff for 11 AM- 3 PM Weekday

$2 Shift Diff for 11 PM- 7 AM Weekdays

Daily Pay!

$20 - $33 an hour (all inclusive)

Sign-On Bonus - Full-Time $3,000 and $1,500 part-time

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
