Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide essential resident care under supervision in a respectful setting.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with day and night shifts. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, diverse insurance options, a 401(k) with match, and shift differentials to reflect weekend and peak hours.

Formación

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

7 AM- 3 PM. 3 PM- 11 PM, and 11 PM- 7 AM

Daily Pay!

• $5 PIB
• $2 Shift Diff for Weekends
• $1.50 Shift Diff for 11 AM- 3 PM Weekday
• $2 Shift Diff for 11 PM- 7 AM Weekday
• $20 - $33 an hour (all inclusive)
