Springbrook Center in Westbrook, ME is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities. You will work closely with licensed nurses to enhance quality of life and ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.

Base pay starts at $22.00/hour with shift differential up to $5.50/hour. Full-time, part-time and all shifts are available, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team environment.

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and well-being of patients.

Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.

Base Pay: $22.00-$25.50 PLUS Shift Differential up to $5.50/hour depending on shift!

Qualifications
