Job summary

Genesis HealthCare's Springbrook Center in Westbrook, ME is seeking an experienced RN to provide individualized care for residents and collaborate with the nursing team and families to develop effective plans of care.

You will administer medications, coordinate assessments, and support positive patient outcomes across part-time and full-time shifts. Excellent team environment and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
• CPR Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Position Highlights

Base Pay: $40 - $47.50/hour PLUS Shift Differential up to $8.50 depending on shift.

Part-Time and Full-Time and ALL Shifts available!
