Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our West Bridgewater team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients and support an interdisciplinary team in delivering quality patient care.

We offer full-time or part-time schedules with shift options from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and 11:00pm to 7:00am, with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with an active license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Deliver direct patient care consistent with Life Care standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all staff and vendors.

• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
