Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Massachusetts is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, under the supervision of licensed staff.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, you will uphold Life Care standards, communicate effectively, and maintain patient dignity while delivering compassionate care in a licensed facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license in good standing.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients as directed.
• Deliver direct patient care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Participate as part of an interdisciplinary team.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
