Summary

Provides patient care related support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety services as directed by Charge Nurse. Documents appropriately, completes admission procedures, responds promptly to resident needs, and performs rounds, repositioning, vital signs, and other procedures as instructed.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not required
• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state of employment
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain within six months
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time, stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity

Pay range: $16.08 - $25.24 per hour
