Job summary

Professional Case Management in Washington state is hiring CNAs to provide in-home care. You’ll work in clients’ homes, schedule your own hours, and focus on enhancing health, quality of life, and peace of mind for those who served our country.

Ideal candidates have CNA certification, CPR, TB test, and a food handler’s card; training is available for certain skills. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision with HSA/FSA options.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the applicable state.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
• Food handler’s card.
• Experience with skilled transfers and ADLs is preferred; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care under RN/Case Manager direction.
• Assist clients with ADLs including hygiene, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care and observations.
• Build one-on-one relationships with clients in their homes.
