Professional Case Management in Washington state is hiring Home Health Aide / CNA to deliver high‑quality in‑home care with a focus on one‑on‑one patient relationships and improved health outcomes.

You set your schedule and provide compassionate care in clients' homes, enabling you to balance work, school, travel, or family time. Requirements include active CNA in WA, CPR, and TB test; rate of $19.00–$21.50 per hour; EOE.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Washington
• Current CPR certification
• TB test completed

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including hygiene, meal prep and light housekeeping
• Take and monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
• Provide in-home care with safety and dignity
• Document care provided accurately and timely
