Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Washington
• Current CPR certification
• TB test completed

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including hygiene, meal prep and light housekeeping
• Take and monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
• Provide in-home care with safety and dignity
• Document care provided accurately and timely
