Job summary

Warren Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our per diem team in Warren, OH. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with medications, and support residents with daily living activities.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment in a state‑of‑the‑art rehabilitation facility. Ongoing training and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential is expected.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to work closely with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities
