Job summary

Jordan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Luisa, Kentucky is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver exceptional resident care on day, night, or PRN shifts. Immediate availability and experience in long-term care are preferred.

• Active Kentucky CNA certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directed.
• Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
• Participate in care planning and execution under licensed staff.
