Job summary

Warren Haven Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking qualified CNAs to join our team at the Warren County location. Earn up to $21.00 per hour with experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $2,500 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• Active CNA License in New Jersey.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong bedside manner.
• Ability to work together in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with basic tasks such as eating, dressing, showers and toileting when necessary.
• Respond to calls from patients for assistance or treatment and alert medical staff to pending emergency situations.
• Encourage all residents to get exercise and participate in scheduled activities.
• Engage in housekeeping tasks such as replacing linens on beds, cleaning patient rooms and removing and replacing trash bags.
• Work with dining room personnel to ensure that all residents get the correct meals and can eat to the best of their ability.

We are currently seeking qualified, team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing assistance to Residents in performing their activities of daily living in a manner conducive to supporting safety, comfort, and personal dignity.
