Job summary

HireCare LLC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing team in Walpole, MA, and surrounding areas. You will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents while collaborating with a supportive care team.

The role offers full-time or part-time positions with various shifts. New grads welcome and a patient-first culture focused on dignity and quality care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required before start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year of CNA or caregiver experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to call lights and resident requests.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and incontinence care.
• Assist with meals, including feeding as needed.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and wheelchair assistance.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
• Turn and reposition residents as required.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
