Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) of Wakefield, you will provide daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan. Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive nursing report at each shift start.
• Assist residents with oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, and undressing.
• Help with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning residents safely, recording all entries accurately.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Report accidents and incidents observed during the shift.
• Prepare rooms for new admissions.
• Follow work schedules and tasks, cooperate with other departments.
• Accept different assignments with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current CNA License in Massachusetts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for elderly care.
• Flexible schedule and team-oriented attitude.
