Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond appropriately
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements
• Communicate clearly and confidentially with staff, especially regarding urgent needs
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Additional Information

Previous experience is preferred but not required. Must be certified as per state regulations. Work hours may include evenings and weekends.
