Haven Homes, a Cassia community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This solid, stable, and fun team offers great benefits, growth opportunities, and a caring culture in Maple Plain, MN.

CNAs provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in long-term care, rehab, and memory care, with both part-time and full-time options. Wage range is $19.26–$22.21 per hour depending on experience, with evenings and nights differential.

Qualifications

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

**Shifts Available:**

(Days) 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Part-Time & Full-Time)
(Evenings) 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Part-Time & Full-Time)
(Nights) 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Full-Time)

**Wage Range:

$19.26 - $22.21 per hour depending on experience.
