Slate Valley Center is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Granville, NY.

We recently increased our rates! Earn up to $21 per hour!

Base rate is $18-$20.5 with a $0.50 shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring residents' health
• Reporting health issues to the supervising nurse
• Providing personal hygiene care (bed baths, shaving, etc.)
• Preparing meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding residents and serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds and maintaining cleanliness of residents' spaces
• Transporting residents within the facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current CNA certification in the state
• Good standing with the State Registry
