Formación

• Active Wisconsin CNA Certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years CNA experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to utilize electronic charting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Accurately document care provided using electronic health records.
• Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality resident-centered care.
• Serve as a positive role model and resource for less experienced team members.
