Complete Care, a newly renovated skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Franklin Township, NJ, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and per diem shifts. Join a compassionate team dedicated to resident-centered care in a warm, welcoming environment.

As CNA you will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and observation of changes, while maintaining safe rooms and documenting care. We offer daily pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted CNA certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Prepare rooms with supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Document resident care promptly and accurately.
• Encourage resident engagement and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to provide outstanding care.
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing compassionate, hands-on care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
