Complete Care at Bey Lea is seeking compassionate CNAs to join a dedicated team in New Jersey. We offer flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts, with shift differentials and opportunities for tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey CNA certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies and maintain a clean, safe space.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain documentation.
• Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents.
• Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.
