Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and help maintain dignity and comfort throughout shifts.

This role offers flexible Part Time 6:45a-3:15p and Full Time 2:45p-11:15p options, daily pay, competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for training and professional growth in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Experience in long-term or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Provide mobility support and maintain clean, safe resident areas.
• Report changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly.
