What You'll Do

• Support clients with daily living activities—bathing, dressing, grooming, and more
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Prepare and serve meals tailored to client needs
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care team members
• Observe and promptly report changes in client condition

• Active CNA certification in Virginia
