Job summary

Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our long-term care team. This role offers full-time and part-time shifts, including day and night coverage, delivering high‑quality daily living support to residents.

Candidates must hold a valid Alabama CNA certification and demonstrate patience, empathy, and a cheerful disposition while communicating changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Valid Alabama CNA certification is required.
• Must demonstrate patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, and be able to manage residents based on maturity and factuality.

Responsibilities

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our resident’s main caregiver providing necessary support for all activities of daily living.
• Maintain patient stability, monitoring weight and vital signs as well as input and output.
• Communicate any observations or changes in resident status to the nursing team.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Key Duties

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our resident’s main care giver providing necessary support for all activities of daily living.
• Maintain patient stability, monitoring weight and vital as well as input and output.
• Communicate any observations in change of resident’s status to the nursing team.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Alabama.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality.
