Job Details

Location: Spring Hill, KS

We are hiring full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. If you seek a career with a healthcare company that values you and want to be part of a dynamic and caring clinical team, read on!

This rehabilitation nursing position offers a competitive salary of $20.00 to $23.50 per hour. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options.

Work Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend with 3-day weekends
• Never work more than 3 days in a row
• 7 days off every 14 days
• Approximately 2 hours of overtime weekly

A Day in the Life of a CNA

You provide essential care to residents, including ADLs such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin and oral care, toileting, and catheter care. You record vital signs, observe changes, and report findings, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Your friendly demeanor helps build relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Current Kansas certification/registration
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
• Desire to work with the elderly

Experience in a geriatric facility is preferred but not required. If you are trustworthy, dependable, professional, and enjoy caring for seniors, you may be perfect for this role!
