Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid current Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Geriatric Nursing Assistant certification
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Physical ability to lift and transfer clients
• Ability to contribute to a calm environment and instill confidence
• Enthusiasm for working with elderly and disabled individuals
• Professional, cooperative, and effective teamwork skills

Responsibilities include:

• Attend required meetings, training, and conferences
• Assist with non-skilled treatments and medications as per guidelines
• Prepare and serve meals
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
• Assist with ambulation and mobility
• Perform household chores related to safety and care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document services accurately and timely
• Observe and report client conditions and safety concerns
• Transport clients safely
• Take vital signs as directed
• Follow all company policies and additional duties as assigned
