Promise Care is seeking experienced CNAs to cover clients across the Twin Cities area, including Shakopee, Maplewood, Minneapolis, Fridley, Wayzata and Plymouth. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and a community-focused culture where caregivers are valued.

As a CNA with Promise Care, you will provide in-home care, assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Pass a state background check.
• Pass a drug screening test.

Responsibilities

• Provide home care services including hands-on care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment for clients.

Shakopee/Prior Lake/Savage:

Client: Female | double amputee | Assist with ADL's | light housekeeping |cats/birds | transportation

Shifts: Weekdays8A-8P and 8P-8A, Weekends 8P-8A

Client: Male | Parkinson's |Diverticulitis | Assist with ADL's

Shifts: Sun 8p-8a, Mon, Tue 530p-730a, Fri 8p-8a, Sat/Sun 8a-8p & 8p-8a

Client: 10yo boy |Down's | Feeding Tube | Leg Braces

Shifts: M-F 7:30A-9:30A and 3P-5P

Male client- | dementia |assist with all ADL's

Shifts: T/W/F 1p - 3p

Maplewood:

Client: Female | Assist with ADL's | transportation

Shifts:10A-2P Mon/Sat. and Daily Sun-Sat 4pm-7pm

Male client: Parkinson's | ADLs

Shifts: 10A - 2P 3X/week

Minneapolis:

Clients: 3 and 4 year old boys |care after school to bedtime | play/entertain boys | help to self-regulate behaviors | meal prep | clean up after dinner/dishes | Assist with

bedtime/bath/dressing | parent in the home during care

Shifts: 2:30P-7:30P Mon-Thu $23-$25/hour

Fridley:

Female client: Errands | Light Housework | ADLs

Shifts: 12p - 4p for 3 days/week

Wayzata/Plymouth:

Female clients in Wayzata - Alzheimer's | Parkinson's | ADL's | lives in a memory care facilty

Shifts: Rotating Weekends8a-12p & 4p-8p & M/W/F 4p - 8p $20-$23/hour

Job Description:

CNAs provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other afflictions.We also support children and teenagers who are unable to care for themselves and need support to navigate school and life.

Home care may include, but are not exclusive to:

• hands-on care
• light housecleaning
• laundry
• meal preparation
• transportation
• companionship
• household activities

CNAs are responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant agency policies and industry standards.
