Job summary

Fir Lane Care in Shelton, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, observe health changes, document intake, and support nurses and other staff throughout shifts.

We offer competitive pay of $24.00 to $29.26 per hour DOE, a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life and disability insurance, plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Knowledge of patient care policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, help residents with personal hygiene, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift.
• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake.
• Make resident's bed and keep their living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
