Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and patients, respecting their dignity and independence
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility
• Support residents with daily tasks such as communication, laundry, transportation, and mail
• Perform light housekeeping and meal prep
• Remind residents to take medications
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Conduct rounds to ensure safety and address hazards
• Assist during meals, including escorting and serving
• Offer companionship and conversation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 or older
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course
• Good communication skills
• Respectful and caring attitude towards seniors
• Ability to complete new hire orientation
