Job Overview

Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant - STNA in Ohio) works with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift. Responsibilities include checking in with residents, assisting with dining and personal care needs, and performing vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
2. Provide personalized care to residents.
3. Communicate resident status updates to staff.
4. Perform clinical procedures as required.

Qualifications

Compensation

Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour, determined by skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) program.
