Job summary

Ocean Park Healthcare Center in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily resident care during the AM shift (7–3). You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor meals, and report changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Current CA nursing assistant certification
• Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to individual service plans
• Serve meals to residents in dining rooms or apartments
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor
• Promote quality services in line with company, state, and federal regulations

About the Role:

We are seeking a caring and dedicated CNA to join our team in Santa Monica, California. As a CNA at Ocean Park Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and skilled care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans

• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments

• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor

• Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations
