Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $30.00/hr

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our care team at Berkshire Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Sandisfield!

Openings on 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a shifts, with weekly pay and shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends, including every other weekend. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs!

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents as per established procedures and directions from licensed staff.
• Participate in planning and following resident care plans.
• Complete assignments effectively and promptly.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Accurately document care provided.
• Meet residents' grooming needs and respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain a clean and orderly care environment.
• Ensure residents are properly identified (e.g., ID bracelets).
• Follow safety techniques as trained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Must be a registered CNA according to state laws.
• CPR certification preferred, not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not necessary.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
