Job summary

Canyon Springs Post-Acute Care in San Jose, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily resident care and support licensed staff. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensure dignity and comfort, and document care in a timely manner.

We offer training for new graduates, stable full-time hours with a 4/2 rotation, and PM or NOC shifts. Our benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and PTO.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality daily care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance.
• Follow individualized care plans and perform nursing procedures under licensed staff supervision.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the nursing team promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, safe environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members through respectful care.
