Job Summary

As a CNA, you will provide direct care and support to residents under licensed nursing supervision, assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and fostering a respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to facility policies and procedures
• Provide direct care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Monitor vital signs and report changes
• Respond promptly to resident requests with compassion
• Assist with therapeutic and recreational activities
• Maintain a safe, clean environment
• Collaborate with team members for resident care
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Active CNA license in the state of practice
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
