Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' personal care needs and ensure they are met according to their wishes.
• Review and update care plans daily, communicating any changes to the nursing team.
• Assist residents with daily activities, social programs, and transportation.
• Create a warm, calm, and cheerful environment.
• Prepare residents' rooms and ensure their comfort.
• Participate in facility surveys and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (10th grade or above).
• Active CNA license in the state.
• Passion for caregiving and improving residents' quality of life.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
