Pay Range

This range is provided by Superior Healthcare Management, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$17.21/hr - $22.08/hr

Position Details

We are recruiting full-time and part-time CNA candidates to join our team.

Hours:

• AM: 6am-2pm
• PM: 2pm-10pm
• NOC: 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care following state, federal, and facility guidelines.
• Providing general nursing care according to facility policies and procedures.
• Addressing issues identified in the patient care plan.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact positively with diverse individuals and foster teamwork.
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and regulatory agents.
