Job summary

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team in Minnesota. Full-time and part-time shifts are available (AM/PM/NOC), with competitive pay, shift differentials, and strong benefits.

You will provide direct patient care under state guidelines and work with a compassionate interdisciplinary team to support residents’ dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center is recruiting for CNA candidates Full-time and Part-Time to become a part of our team!

HOURS:

AM: 6am-2pm

PM: 2pm-10pm

NOC: 10pm-6am

The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure

• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.
