Responsibilities

• Provide personalized resident care including bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility assistance.
• Record and monitor vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with safe transfers and transport using proper body mechanics.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
• Support nursing staff with additional duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
