As a CNA, you will play a vital role in helping our residents maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life while building meaningful relationships each day.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care and supports the nursing team in delivering exceptional care and service. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
Provide mobility assistance and safely transfer residents using gait belts and mechanical lifts as needed
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
Obtain and document vital signs accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Follow infection control guidelines and safety standards at all times
Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect
Current and active CNA certification in NC
High school diploma or GED preferred
CPR/BLS certification preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality care
