Job summary

Complete Care at Barn Hill in Newton, New Jersey, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, monitor residents’ conditions, and maintain accurate care records. The role offers on-site shifts with flexible weekend options and a competitive hourly wage.

We provide a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs, a $2,000 sign-on for part-time, plus benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current NJ CNA certification is required.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
