Princeton-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation is hiring CNAs for full-time 12-hour shifts, days and nights available. Daily pay, tuition reimbursement, uniform tops provided, and quarterly raises are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in Long Term Care is highly preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program.
• Current state CNA certification.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' needs: bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs; assist with lifting and transporting.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with duties as directed.

CNA's are responsible for the following:

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.

• Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs lifting, moving and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.

• Recognizing and reporting changes in resident conditions to a nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.

• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.

• Reporting abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.

• Demonstrating the ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

CNA Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a Long Term Care setting is highly preferred.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program.

• Current state certification as a CNA.

• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.
