Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day, evening, and night shifts at our facility in Post Falls, Idaho.

Starting wage is $22.00 per hour with Eve differential $1.00/hr and NOC differential $2.00/hr; a $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for FT NOC CNAs.

You will provide routine daily nursing care, assist with activities of daily living, and support an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification must be current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Deliver care in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
