Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing routine daily nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facilities. You will perform tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting, delivering direct patient care under the supervision of licensed staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license required.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

• Provide routine daily nursing care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Deliver direct care to patients as directed.

• Long-term care for residents needing ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance
• Short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary care, including nursing, therapy, and medical teams working together
• A diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
