Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients with a focus on quality patient care and compliance with applicable laws and Life Care standards.

The CNA will deliver direct care such as bathing, feeding and grooming, work within an interdisciplinary team, and uphold professional standards while maintaining compassionate support for patients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Licensed or registered CNA in the applicable state with an active license during employment.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in compliance with Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
