Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one in-home care in Sun City and surrounding areas. Join a growing team delivering personalized support and companionship to clients in their homes.

Requirements include an active CNA certification, at least 6 months of caregiving experience, CPR/First Aid, TB test, fingerprint clearance, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible scheduling and both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with benefits

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (home care preferred).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Current TB test.
• Fingerprint clearance card.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation (gait belt when needed).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition.
• Follow the client’s individualized care plan.

Position: CNA – Caregiver
Location: Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Surprise, Peoria, El Mirage, Glendale, and Northwest Valley

Job Responsibilities:
