Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Phoenix is hiring Weekend Caregivers and CNAs to provide non-medical in-home care with a focus on companionship and support. The role covers ADLs, light housekeeping, meal prep, transfers, and errands, with attention to client well-being and safety.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of caregiving experience, CPR/First Aid and TB test, Article 9 certification, fingerprint clearance, and a valid driver's license. Training is provided and benefits may apply.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (family caregiving counts)
• CPR/First Aid and TB test (assistance available if needed)
• Article 9 certification
• Fingerprint clearance card, background check, and drug screening
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
