Job summary

Desert Peak Care Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. We welcome new grads and offer night & weekend shift differentials with flexible 8-hour schedules. Full-time, part-time, or per diem positions available.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, hygiene, mobility, vital signs, and medication monitoring. We provide 401(k), PTO, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid State CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities including bed mobility and transfers.
• Support with personal and oral hygiene.
• Reposition immobile patients to prevent bedsores and ensure comfort.
• Monitor intake of food, water, and medications; report changes.
• Take and report vital signs and health updates.
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior to the team.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families.

At Desert Peak Care Center, we pride ourselves on the exceptional care we provide for both our residents AND our staff. We're currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as getting in and out of bed.
• Help with personal and oral hygiene.
• Reposition immobile patients to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
• Monitor and assist with food, water, and medication intake.
• Take and report vital statistics.
• Observe and report any changes in patient behavior or health.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
