Job summary

Roosevelt Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Philadelphia is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities across all shifts, with daily pay and competitive hourly wages between $19 and $24.

CNAs will provide basic resident care under supervision, assist with daily living activities, report changes promptly, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
